This is the same program approach that I utilized firsthand to lose 180 pounds and then to continually keep the weight off.
Over the years, after becoming a Certified Fitness Professional, I have made slight changes to the program based on client feedback and to optimize it for 55+ adults. This evolution is among the many differences between "The Proven Method" and most commercial/fad diets.
Then, after having become a Certified Nutritionist, I have further refined the program to include components based on the latest research and scientific approaches. Why? This program is focused on quality, not profit, or becoming the latest trend...
Program Registration
This program is facilitated in a very dynamic and enjoyable small-group seminar format that lasts just over two hours. Then you are provided with program materials that guide you step by step through the process, followed by an opportunity to ask questions. The entire session runs right at three hours in total and the fee is only $49.00!
