Personal Senior Fitness Trainer Program and Wellness Services Mesa, Az
After many years of trying to find my purpose in life, I was faced with the realization after having overcome food addiction and obesity that my true direction had been realized.
I was in college when I initiated my weight loss journey and pursuit of education regarding all things health, nutrition, exercise, wellness, and psychology. Once I had basic tools in place, I created all of my own fitness and nutrition programs, as well as making changes to lifestyle and activity habits.
In a very exhausting but fruitful 15-month journey, I lost 177 pounds of excess body weight, did it all myself, and 100% naturally. It was during this process that many of my friends and co-workers would see my rapid progress and inquire as to what I was doing. I began coaching them, and ultimately this turned into professional training.
Since this humble beginning, I have enjoyed a fruitful career which has included: multiple levels of national recognition, authorship, professional peer mentorship, education/motivational speaker, college instructor, and entrepreneur.
