Our trainers are degreed professionals with speciality certifications through the Functional Aging Institute, we custom craft exercise plans that honor your body’s current abilities and goals. Our exercise programs strategically emphasize quality and safety over quantity and intensity.
Whether it's improving your golf swing, boosting your pickleball game, or just to feel strong and capable, we have the tools, support, and education to get you to your goals safely, effectively, and enjoyably!

We begin with an introductory consultation and movement evaluation to identify your strength, balance, conditioning, postural alignment benchmarks, and any special needs you may have.
If you come in strong - you will train strong, if you come in needing a little more help, that makes you normal and we will guide you step by step to ensure that you know what you are doing, why, and how it's beneficial.
From there, we strategically design a progressive, personalized functional movement exercise plan—facilitated in the exclusive comfort of our well-equipped private Mesa studio. No big-box gym intimidation or hassles for equipment.
Typically, sessions run 30 minutes, two to three times weekly. Science has demonstrated through numerous studies that half-hour workouts yield exceptional results, offer increased scheduling flexibility, lower session rates, and reduces mental "burn-out" from too much of a good thing.
